- Answer incoming calls.
- Provide FCR on calls.
- Has to be compliant on all calls.
- Has to achieve a minimum of 95% of targeted staffing hrs. every month.
- Keep oneself updated on product and process changes.
- Take the client mandated annual compliance training every year.
