Job Description:

Inbound Voice Process (No sales & No Target).
Answer Inbound calls from customers, inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Good Knowledge on computers & Typing speed of 20 wpm.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Skills: Good Communication skills in English and Telugu.
