Education Details:
  • Minimum qualification: HSC Passed with Excellent Communication Skills OR Graduate Fresher with Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role ( International / Domestic ) OR Minimum 1 year of experience in any profile will be considered.
  • Candidates with prior experience in voice-based process will be given priority.
  • Candidate should be flexible in working for rotational night shifts only and Immediate Joining required.
Communication Skills:
  • High proficiency in English grammar, vocabulary and sentence structure.
  • Fluency in speech - Ability to hold a conversation with ease and minimal use of fillers.
  • Clarity in speech - Neutral accent, appropriate rate of speech, pleasant voice and confident tone.
  • Listening skills - Comprehend what is said, respond appropriately without interrupting the speaker.


Essential Skills:
  • Telephone etiquette - basic call handling skills.
  • Customer service skills (persuasion, empathy, helpfulness & positive attitude).
  • Good business communication skills.
