Job Description:
- Inbound Voice Process ( No sales & No Target).
- Answer Inbound calls from customers, inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Good Knowledge on computers & Typing speed of 20 wpm.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
