Job Description:
- Research and identify solutions to stock market issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Technical Analysis Queries.
- Ask Clients targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
- Talk with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, chat or face to face until they solve the queries.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to appropriate internal teams.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients.
- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate solutions.
- Ensure all issues are properly solved.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Responsible for giving training (via phone, email, chat or face to face).
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be graduate (Compulsory) or Post Graduate (Optional).
- Experience required is : 0 to 5 years.
- Age Criteria : 21 years to 30 years.
- Only Male candidates required.
- Candidates should have basic stock market knowledge.
- Required qualities are energetic, self-motivated, problem solver who is detail oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
