Review of annual budget for IT purchase
Manage Purchase activities for IT Projects
Oversee all activities related to procurement for IT department from Purchase requisition through delivery of the material and services
Well versed with purchase processes: RFQ, Quote comparison based on TCO, contracts/PO.
Good knowledge of supplier base for IT software and Hardware
Good technical knowledge of latest IT products and technology
Negotiate with suppliers based on internal benchmarks, market intelligence
Ensure commercial closure of IT requirement as per agreed TAT (Turn Around Time) with all the stake holders
Contract Management and resolution of vendor claims
Well versed with Latest purchase processes / Practices
Manage all the stakeholders (Internal and External Customers)
Plan, organize and control spend management activities
Prepare, review and issue purchase contracts and change notices
Prepares and reviews contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for legal correctness, price,
and acceptability of items to specifications
Having knowledge and skill level to manage IT projects
