Job Description:
Responsible for end to end recruitment.
Delivering numbers as per the Requirement.
Selecting candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking, Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Recruitment Portals, databases etc.
Must have Sourcing/ Head Hunting Experience.
Good Communication Skills.
Understanding the candidate's profile, career aspirations and evaluating role fitment.
Liaising with concerned Ops team for closure.
A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully with diverse teams.
Ability to build strong working relationships and find solutions for closure.
Creative, out of box thinker.
Education: Any graduate
