Job Description:
- Greeting and attending customers
- Handling customer queries/ issues related to the product through Onsite support
- Installing & troubleshooting hardware & software systems
- Manually setup computer and hardware, install software programs of user, troubleshoot or restore or setup
- Test functionality and assess, solve problems by operating system or related
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from field service visits
- Develop Service Technical documentation
- Examine and repair hardware and peripheral components
- Knowledge on computer hardware & software is added advantage
- Good communication skill
- Should be able to handle customer queries and should aim at customer delight
- Should be willing to travel across Bangalore to attend customer calls
- Needs to have a two wheeler
