Job Description:
  1. Understand recruiting demands and specific skill profiles for Lateral hiring. 
  2. Source profile from various recruitment channel.
  3. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  4. Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. 
  5. Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions.
  6. Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile, salary package and organization.
  7. Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities.
  8. Responsible for post-offer management.
