Job Description:

Responsible for bulk hiring for International Voice process.
Responsible for bulk hiring for Customer support agents.
Must be strong at sourcing & job portals.
Should have strong communication.
Should be confident enough to handle the various crowds.
Responsible for vendor management, conducting recruitment drives.
Strong knowledge on MS Excel, PPT.
Have to coordinate with stakeholders in closing the positions.
Handling recruitment related issues & solving on time.
Preparing & maintaining recruitment reports.
