Job Description:

Enter data using applications including automated policy issuance, spreadsheet, and word processing to enable policy and endorsement issuance
Thoroughly review incoming requests and policy issuance information for completeness.
Record and refer those that are outside the guidelines to the underwriting department for approval.
Provide quality control and assembly for all types of policies and endorsements generated by the business unit
Ensure that turnaround time and quality of documents meets Company service standards
Manage and maintain records including correspondence and data files
Provide customer service to underwriters, operations staff across the country(s) and other functions within Travelers. Contact internal resources to research and resolve issues.
Job Responsibility
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues related to electronic products and home appliances and provide the solution for the same.
The role will involve providing support to end users through calls and emails.
Fresher/ Experienced both can apply.
Your role will involve providing quality services and resolve concerns efficiently and proficiently.
