Job Description:

  • To make out bound calls following up on outstanding claims / accounts. (No Sales involved).
  • Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect insurance details.
  • Document and take accurate action on the information gathered from either the insurance representative or customers.
  • Process medical billing related transactions accurately and in accordance with client stipulated procedures.
Job Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • 0 to 5 years of total experience in any Voice or healthcare domain.
  • 2017 Freshers are most welcome (Any Graduates can apply//No backlogs in UG).
  • Candidate must poses an Excellent communication skills(Both written and verbal).
  • Willingness to work in Night shits.
