Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls
- Provide FCR on calls
- Has to be compliant on all calls
- Has to achieve a minimum of 95% of targeted staffing hrs. every month
- Keep oneself updated on product and process changes
- Take the client mandated annual compliance training every year
Skills:
- Excellent English Communication
- Graduates/Undergraduates with experience in International Voice process
- Non BE graduate fresher's with excellent communication can apply
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts and week offs
- Should be an immediate joiner
