Job Description:
- Communication with exporters for Quality documents and transaction documents as instructed by Certification Centre.
- Contacting trade for resolution of discrepancies and request for additional information.
- Collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery.
- Generate invoice and followup with exporter for timely payment.
- When applicable printing Certificate of Conformity on security paper and delivering to client.
- Handle day to day operations in a timely and proper manner.
Skills:
- Knowledge of export documentation.
- Computer skills.
- Communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- At all times complies with SGS code of integrity and professional conduct.
