Job Description:

This is a position in the Abstraction team with the following responsibilities:


The successful candidate will work with large investment banks, financial institutions, corporations in diverse industries (healthcare, pharma, real estate, etc.) supporting them with their varied contracts and other regulatory driven projects (like MIFID II, etc.).

The role involves reviewing, summarizing and basic redlining of financial and legal documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:
Reviewing, analyzing and summarizing clauses from a wide variety of documents like ISDA, CSA, GMRA, Pricing schedules, Patent License Agreements, IT Procurement Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Software and Data License Agreements, Vendor Services Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, amendments, etc.

Perform client outreach via emails. Track and monitor the progress of the outreach for each client.

Participate in query resolution and repapering exercise received as a part of this process.

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.

Required Skills:

Review Agreements (added advantage for 3-6 months of experience or more).

Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal).

Analytical logical thinking.

Soft Skills:

Experienced in working on projects (added advantage for 3-6 months of experience or more).

Multi tasking and Extensive experience in reading.

Executing and working in a team.
