Job Description:
Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Desired Profile:
12th Pass / Under Graduate with good command over verbal English along with any South Indian
Regional Language (Kannada / Telugu / Tamil / Malayalam).
