Responsible to handle customer queries / issues through Voice (International) transactions to the best of customers satisfaction
Adhering to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization
Awareness of relevant service levels and meets goals set by the project
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum 6+ months of experience in International Voice Support
Excellent English speaking skills
Willingness to work in Night shift
Integrity and open minded
Must be a graduate with No Backlogs
